About this role
Execute branding and marketing creatives to a high standard, working from detailed creative direction inside a structured production pipeline. Strategy, copywriting, and concept are handled by the internal creative team — your focus is translating clear direction into polished, on-brand visual assets across multiple industries and client aesthetics.
What you’ll do
- Execute daily design projects from a shared dashboard / project pipeline.
- Review briefs, notes, and feedback, and produce branding and marketing creatives.
- Revise quickly and accurately through rapid feedback cycles.
- Keep work consistent with each client's visual direction and aesthetic.
- Move projects efficiently through production stages.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and the internal creative team.
What we’re looking for
- Strong graphic design and branding skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Ability to follow detailed creative direction and structured workflows.
- Strong command of layout, typography, color balance, and brand aesthetics.
- Comfortable with rapid revision cycles and dashboard-driven workflows.
- Strong adaptability to client-specific, subtle and minimal visual styles.
- Experience across marketing creatives, social graphics, brochures, flyers, packaging, and branding assets.
- Comfortable collaborating over WhatsApp during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Packaging design experience.
- UI / mobile design exposure.
- Experience supporting agencies or multi-client environments.
- Experience with AI-generated imagery and post-editing workflows.
