Logistics & Operations Coordinator — Cross-Border

RemoteFull-TimeU.S. business hours (approximately 8 AM to 5 PM EST)

This role is for coordinators with hands-on cross-border Canada-US freight experience - processing PAPS documentation, tracing POs and load numbers, and verifying C-TPAT carrier compliance - not general domestic dispatch or warehouse work. It requires two to five years of cross-border logistics or freight coordination, comfort with invoice reconciliation and proof-of-delivery follow-up against monthly deadlines, and a disciplined, Outlook-heavy document workflow. It is a remote role for candidates based in the Philippines, working full U.S. business hours (approximately 8 AM to 5 PM EST).

Coordinate cross-border Canada-US freight - PAPS documentation, PO and load-number tracing, invoice reconciliation, delivery tracking, and C-TPAT compliance. Remote, Philippines-based, U.S. business hours.

About this role

You will coordinate cross-border Canada-US freight from end to end - processing PAPS documentation, looking up purchase orders and tracing load numbers, and keeping shipments moving through customs. You will reconcile invoices, track deliveries and follow up on proofs of delivery against recurring monthly deadlines, verify C-TPAT carrier compliance, and run a heavy Outlook and PDF document workflow. It is a fully remote role for candidates based in the Philippines, working U.S. business hours (approximately 8 AM to 5 PM EST).

What you’ll do

  • Process PAPS documentation for cross-border Canada-US freight, looking up purchase orders and tracing load numbers.
  • Coordinate with cross-border carrier networks and customs brokers to keep shipments moving.
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a transportation context, resolving discrepancies.
  • Track deliveries and follow up on proofs of delivery against recurring monthly reconciliation deadlines.
  • Verify C-TPAT carrier compliance for cross-border moves.
  • Run a disciplined Outlook and PDF document workflow, searching by PO and load number and preparing documents.

What we’re looking for

  • Two to five years of cross-border Canada-US logistics or freight coordination experience.
  • Hands-on PAPS documentation processing, PO lookup, and load-number tracing.
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation in a transportation context.
  • Delivery tracking and proof-of-delivery follow-up against recurring monthly deadlines.
  • C-TPAT carrier verification for cross-border moves.
  • A disciplined, Outlook-heavy document workflow with PDF editing and preparation.
  • Availability for full U.S. business hours (approximately 8 AM to 5 PM EST).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Canadian customs and border procedures.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Knowledge of carrier compliance and vetting processes.
  • Experience working with freight brokers or 3PL companies.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliation tasks.
  • Prior exposure to cross-border carrier networks.
