What does F5 Global Talent actually do?

We hire experienced professionals from India (Pune, Rajkot) and the Philippines (Manila) and place them in long-term, fully remote roles working with U.S.-based companies. F5 is your direct employer — we handle hiring, payroll, equipment, HR, and ongoing support, while you work day-to-day with your assigned U.S. client team. To date we have placed 500+ professionals, and 98% remain with their role past the first 90 days.

Am I employed by F5 or by the U.S. client?

You are employed directly by F5 Global Talent. F5 is your employer of record — we run payroll, provide equipment, manage HR, handle compliance, and own performance management. You report into your U.S. client team for day-to-day work, but for anything employment-related — pay, benefits, leave, growth conversations — your point of contact is F5.

What kinds of roles do you hire for?

We hire across six career paths: Software Development, Design & Creative, Engineering & Technical, QA / Testing & Analysis, Marketing & Content, and Operations & Support. Roles are typically full-time and fully remote, working with U.S. employer clients.

What does the hiring process look like, step by step?

After you submit an application:

1. Profile review — our HR team reviews your resume and experience within 5 working days.
2. Recruiter call — we walk through the role, expectations, compensation, and time-zone overlap.
3. Technical or skills screen — a domain-specific evaluation tailored to your career path.
4. Communication assessment — a short conversation to confirm fit for working with U.S. teams.
5. Client interview(s) — you meet the U.S. team you would be placed with, usually one or two rounds.
6. Offer and onboarding — you receive a signed offer letter, sign onboarding documents, and start.

The full process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from application to offer.

How are payments handled?

F5 Global Talent is your employer of record and runs payroll directly — you do not deal with the U.S. client for any pay-related matter. Your salary, payment schedule, currency, and applicable local taxes are all spelled out in your offer letter before you accept, and pay lands in your local bank account on F5’s regular payroll cycle. If a payslip or payment question ever comes up, you go to F5 — not your client.

What equipment will I need? Do you provide one?

F5 provides a company-issued laptop, standard software (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom), and any role-specific tools your client requires. We can also arrange dual monitors, a noise-canceling headset, or an ergonomic chair on request. Equipment is shipped to you before your start date and is tracked, monitored, and supported by F5 IT throughout your tenure — so if something fails, we replace it.

Is the work fully remote? What about working hours?

Yes — placements are fully remote. You will work a shifted schedule that overlaps with U.S. business hours: typically 4 to 8 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time, depending on the role. Engineering roles commonly cover 7 AM to 3 PM ET; support and operations roles often cover 9 AM to 6 PM PT. The exact schedule is confirmed in your offer letter, so there are no surprises after you start.

How quickly will I hear back, and what if there is no immediate match?

We aim to respond within 5 working days of receiving your application, whether or not there is an immediate match. If we do not have an open role today, we keep your profile on file for up to 6 months and reach out when something fits — you do not need to reapply during that window. You are welcome to send an updated resume any time.

Can I apply if I am based outside India or the Philippines?

Our operations are based in India (Pune, Rajkot) and the Philippines (Manila), and most placements are with team members in those hubs. Applications from other regions are welcome and we will review your profile, but placements outside these locations are less common and depend on the specific role, the client, and your ability to work reliably in U.S. time zones.

What training and career growth do you offer?

You will have access to continuous learning resources and skill-development support throughout your tenure — both technical and soft skills. Every team member also gets a dedicated HR contact and regular check-ins to discuss goals, address concerns, and plan next steps. Most growth here happens through real work paired with mentorship rather than classroom training.

What about NDAs and confidentiality?

Every F5 team member signs a non-disclosure and IP-assignment agreement as a standard condition of employment, before any client information is shared with you. Your work product transfers to the client by contract. Some clients add their own NDA on top, which F5 routes to you during onboarding so you have one place to track everything you have signed.

How is my personal information handled?

Your resume and details are stored securely and used only to match you with relevant U.S. clients. We retain applications for up to 6 months, share your profile only with clients you are being actively considered for, and never sell or pass data to third-party advertisers. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via our Privacy Policy — deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
