Employee Success Manager

RemoteFull-TimeIndia business hours, with overlap into U.S. business hours as required.

This role requires 5+ years in HR business partnering, employee relations, or people management where YOU personally handled difficult employee conversations - not attendance tracking, not reporting, not escalating to seniors. You must be based in India with excellent spoken English and a track record of resolving issues yourself and tracking them in writing to closure. If your experience is administrative HR or workforce monitoring, this is not the role for you.

Own the relationship between F5 Global Talent and the professionals we place with U.S. clients - the person who picks up the phone when hours slip, a client raises a concern, or a strong performer starts to disengage.

About this role

This is a role inside F5 Global Talent, not a placement with a client. You would own the relationship between us and the professionals we have placed with U.S. companies. This is not a monitoring job. Dashboards and reports already exist. The job starts where the data stops: understanding what is going on with a person, having the honest conversation, agreeing in writing what changes and by when, and following it through until it is verified fixed. You would own every performance conversation from first touch to closure, take over anything repeated or client-raised, run monthly one-on-ones with more frequent check-ins during the first 90 days and for anyone at risk, and spot disengagement before it becomes a resignation. You would document everything clearly enough for leadership to act on, and escalate to the COO only when a conversation has genuinely not worked. The work needs someone who has personally handled difficult employee conversations and carried them to a resolution, not someone who has coordinated between other people or passed things upward.

What you’ll do

  • Own every performance conversation from first touch through to closure
  • Take over any issue that is repeated or raised by a client
  • Run monthly one-on-ones, more frequently during the first 90 days and for anyone at risk
  • Spot disengagement early, before it becomes a resignation
  • Agree changes in writing with a named action and a date, and follow through until verified fixed
  • Handle client concerns about a specific placed professional
  • Document conversations and outcomes clearly enough for leadership to act on
  • Escalate to the COO only when a conversation has genuinely not worked

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in HR business partnering, employee relations, or people management
  • Personally handled difficult employee conversations as the owner of the conversation - performance issues, corrective action, retention, disputes
  • A track record of resolving issues yourself rather than escalating them
  • Experience writing up a corrective action plan and tracking it to verified closure
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Based in India
  • Able to work India business hours with overlap into U.S. business hours as required
  • Comfortable documenting decisions well enough to defend them if disputed

Nice to have

  • Experience managing remote employees serving U.S.-based clients
  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing or IT services
  • Familiarity with workforce monitoring systems such as We360, Hubstaff, Time Doctor or ActivTrak
  • Experience with HR platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, greytHR, BambooHR or Workday
  • Experience holding a retention conversation after a resignation was submitted
