Client-Facing NetSuite Consultant

RemoteFull-TimeU.S. business hours (approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

This role is for consultants who have implemented and advised on NetSuite across multiple separate client environments, not administrators who have run a single in-house instance. It requires a minimum of five years of hands-on NetSuite experience, real depth in the Inventory, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management modules, and the operational grounding to back it up. You will work full U.S. business hours (approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) and need clear, neutral English.

Implement and advise on NetSuite across multiple client environments for a services firm, with real depth in inventory, supply chain, and warehouse management.

About this role

You will implement and advise on NetSuite across multiple separate client environments for a U.S. services firm — running discovery with client stakeholders, configuring the system, cleaning up data, and advising on integrations. The depth sits in Inventory, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management, and the role suits someone who worked in distribution, manufacturing, 3PL, or warehousing before moving into consulting. This is a multi-client consulting role, not administering a single in-house instance. Remote, full-time on U.S. business hours (approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with client stakeholders to understand how their business actually operates, then translate that into NetSuite configuration and process design.
  • Implement and optimise the Inventory, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management modules across separate client environments.
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and requirement-gathering sessions, and set realistic, contained rollout plans rather than big-bang changes.
  • Configure NetSuite, clean up data, and build or advise on integrations and SuiteScript where a client needs them.
  • Push back honestly when a process, not the system, is the real problem, and propose the smaller change that fixes it.
  • Support clients through go-live and beyond, handing over cleanly so their own team can run it.

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of five years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
  • Consulting experience across multiple separate client NetSuite environments, not administering a single in-house org.
  • Real functional depth in the Inventory, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management modules.
  • Operational grounding in distribution, manufacturing, 3PL, or warehousing, ideally hands-on before moving into consulting.
  • Comfort with NetSuite configuration, data cleanup, and integrations.
  • Clear, neutral English and the client presence to run a discovery call and explain a technical cause in plain terms.
  • Availability to work full U.S. business hours (approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

Nice to have

  • SuiteScript or SuiteFlow development experience.
  • NetSuite integrations to WMS, EDI, 3PL, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Exposure to manufacturing (work orders, assemblies) or advanced inventory features.
  • NetSuite certification (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant).
