About this role
An organized, proactive, technology-oriented coordinator who leads software implementation projects, supports business systems, manages purchasing and vendor relationships, and partners with the Operations team on back-office work. A hands-on role for someone who wants to improve processes, roll out technology solutions, and make a direct impact.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate business system implementation and improvement projects from planning through completion.
- Partner with stakeholders and external vendors on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as primary point of contact for business applications — administration, user setup, troubleshooting, vendor coordination.
- Support system testing, user training, documentation, and deployment.
- Manage purchasing of facility supplies and equipment — quotes, vendor evaluation, service agreements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate manual processes.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in project coordination, operations, administration, or business systems.
- Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing or supporting business software (LMS, HR, workforce management, QA, or operational systems).
- Purchasing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
