About this role
This is a high-volume print-production role, not a creative branding role. You will take customer images and order specs and build print-ready files for large-format and commercial output — sizing, bleed, resolution, color, and print-ready PDF export — plus create cut files in Illustrator, rescue low-resolution images, and remove backgrounds cleanly. You will process a high volume of custom orders against a daily production deadline. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in the Philippines or India.
What you’ll do
- Build print-ready files for large-format and commercial products (banners, cutouts, signage, and more).
- Set up sizing, bleed, resolution/DPI, and color correctly and export print-ready PDFs.
- Create cut/contour files (spot-color dielines) in Illustrator for cutters and plotters.
- Rescue low-resolution customer images and remove backgrounds cleanly while preserving accuracy.
- Process a high volume of custom orders accurately against a daily production deadline.
What we’re looking for
- Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and strong Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience preparing print-ready files for large-format/commercial output.
- Cut-file creation, low-resolution image rescue, and clean background removal.
- Accuracy and speed under a daily production deadline.
- Reliable overlap for a General Shift and clear written English.
Nice to have
- Wide-format / UV / digital printing prep experience.
- RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, Flexi) or plotter/cut software (Cricut, Silhouette).
- AI upscaling tools (Topaz) and high-volume e-commerce order processing.
