About this role
You will design complex web and mobile applications end-to-end — dashboards, multi-step workflows, application states and edge cases — taking written requirements and spec documents through to final, developer-ready screens. This is a senior applications role, not a marketing-site or graphic-design role: you must have shipped workflow-heavy products and be able to reason about hierarchy, interaction states, and logic. Advanced Figma is essential — components, auto-layout, variables, and clean developer handoff. Remote, full-time, U.S. hours preferred.
What you’ll do
- Design complex web and mobile applications from written requirements to final screens.
- Map multi-step workflows and handle application states and edge cases.
- Structure dashboards with clear layout, hierarchy, and interaction logic.
- Build and maintain Figma components, auto-layout, and design-system consistency.
- Prepare full developer handoff — specs, tokens, and clean file structure.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience on applications (not websites or landing pages).
- Advanced Figma proficiency — components, auto-layout, developer handoff.
- A portfolio showing complex application work (dashboards, workflows).
- Ability to work U.S. hours preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience designing payroll, time-tracking, or workforce-management software.
- Experience designing B2B SaaS or fintech products.
- Experience designing web AND mobile versions of the same application.
