About this role
You will coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling for a U.S. company as the engine that keeps hiring moving — scheduling interviews with Calendly and Microsoft Outlook across multiple hiring managers, posting jobs on Indeed, screening applicants for basic fit, maintaining an applicant pipeline, and running daily phone and email follow-ups so interview calendars stay consistently full. This is a hands-on coordination role: you must have personally scheduled interviews and managed an applicant pipeline before. Remote, full-time during U.S. business hours, with fluent spoken English for daily candidate phone calls.
What you’ll do
- Schedule interviews with Calendly and Microsoft Outlook across multiple hiring managers.
- Post job advertisements on Indeed and screen applicants for basic fit.
- Maintain the applicant pipeline and keep interview calendars consistently full.
- Run daily phone and email follow-ups with candidates.
- Handle reschedules and no-shows and keep every hiring manager's calendar moving.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on recruitment coordination or interview scheduling experience.
- Hands-on use of Calendly and Microsoft Outlook for interview scheduling.
- Fluent spoken English for daily candidate phone calls.
- Availability full-time during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit).
- Experience running Calendly connected to Outlook calendars.
- Experience supporting multiple open positions simultaneously.
