Research & Government Contract Support Specialist

RemoteFull-TimeWorking hours to be confirmed during hiring

This role is open to applicants based in the Philippines only. It is primarily a research, analysis and documentation role for a U.S.-focused medical equipment company: you will research U.S. federal, state, county, city and hospital procurement processes, summarize solicitation documents and vendor registration requirements, and keep organized trackers and reports with verified source links. Prior experience in a research-intensive role and strong written English are required. Government contracting experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Remote, full-time research and government contract support specialist based in the Philippines: research U.S. public-sector procurement processes, bid portals and vendor registration requirements for a medical equipment company, and turn them into clear summaries, trackers and step-by-step guides.

About this role

This is a full-time, remote role based in the Philippines, supporting a U.S.-focused medical equipment company that deals in hospital beds, stretchers, IV devices and other healthcare equipment. You will be part of its research, procurement support and business development work, coordinating with internal stakeholders but operating largely independently. It is primarily a research, analysis and documentation role: you will conduct extensive online research into U.S. federal, state, county, city, hospital and other public-sector procurement processes, investigating bid portals, vendor registration requirements, solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) and purchasing procedures relevant to medical equipment. Day to day you will monitor and catalogue relevant government procurement platforms, summarize solicitation requirements, prepare step-by-step vendor onboarding guides, build procurement trackers and comparison reports, and maintain organized digital research records with verified source links. You will use AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT to speed up information gathering and document analysis, while cross-verifying every critical finding against official government websites and original procurement documents. As the company grows its procurement capabilities, the role may expand to include proposal coordination, bid documentation support, compliance checklists and bid calendar management. Prior government contracting experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite: candidates from administrative research, executive assistance, business research or procurement support backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
